INSTOP On-line Demo

This On-Line Demo is designed to show how easy it is for an individual employee (or Director) to create an Individual Stock Plan (ISP) that meets the requirements of Rule 10b5-1 using InStop. This is a partial version of the full InStop program. You can make up your own sample ISP using the demo. In the final step, you will be asked to submit your ISP for approval, but of course there is not really anybody to approve it and no real ISP.
